fool-the-y leaves chicken (meat more tender) or two white chicken
coconut grated
various spices (curry, coriander and spices ... "India cusine" Ducros).
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic

How to make "Chicken Island":
- Prepare the marinade: Prepare the chicken into pieces. Chop the onion and garlic. Pour half the coconut milk over the meat. Add garlic and spices.
- Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator the night before.
- Cooking: Add remaining coconut milk. Evaporate the liquid until the chicken get golden brown.
- Uses with rice preferably basmati or green beans or flat.
