Chicken Island


For 2 persons
Ingredients:
1 can of milk coconut
fool-the-y leaves chicken (meat more tender) or two white chicken
coconut grated
various spices (curry, coriander and spices ... "India cusine" Ducros).
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Rest: 1440 minutes
Total time: 1470 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

How to make "Chicken Island":

  1. Prepare the marinade: Prepare the chicken into pieces. Chop the onion and garlic. Pour half the coconut milk over the meat. Add garlic and spices. 
  2. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator the night before. 
  3. Cooking: Add remaining coconut milk. Evaporate the liquid until the chicken get golden brown.
  4. Uses with rice preferably basmati or green beans or flat.
