How to make "Thai Pork Ribs":
- Degrease meat. Chop the garlic finely.
- Prepare the marinade: Combine soy sauce, sugar and garlic in a bowl. Add pork ribs and coat well with marinade. Book for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in skillet. Gently shake the meat and to fry 2 minutes on each side.
