4 fillets of pork

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch of chilli powder

How to make "Pork Soup with Chinese Cabbage":
- Peel and chop onions and garlic. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic. Add the bouquet garni and the tenderloins. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove the fillets and add 1.5 liters of water, let simmer 20 minutes. Filter while the broth obtained.
- Clean the cabbage, wash it and chop it finely. Peel the tomatoes and remove seeds and cut into the flesh into cubes.
- Pour the broth filtered in a saucepan and bring it to boil, add the cabbage and cook for about 15 minutes. Cut the pork into strips and add to soup. Let them poach for 3 minutes. Add at the last moment the soy sauce and pepper.
- Divide into bowls and sprinkle with cilantro.
