Pork Soup with Chinese Cabbage


For 4 persons
Ingredients:
4 fillets of pork
400 g of cabbage Chinese
A tomato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
of coriander powder
1 bouquet garni
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch of chilli powder
salt , pepper

Preparation: 10 minutes

How to make "Pork Soup with Chinese Cabbage":
  1. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic. Add the bouquet garni and the tenderloins. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove the fillets and add 1.5 liters of water, let simmer 20 minutes. Filter while the broth obtained.
  2. Clean the cabbage, wash it and chop it finely. Peel the tomatoes and remove seeds and cut into the flesh into cubes.
  3. Pour the broth filtered in a saucepan and bring it to boil, add the cabbage and cook for about 15 minutes. Cut the pork into strips and add to soup. Let them poach for 3 minutes. Add at the last moment the soy sauce and pepper. 
  4. Divide into bowls and sprinkle with cilantro.
