Thai Fried Noodles


For 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 package of noodles Asian
2 onions
1 poivron red or green
3 small carrots
4 leaves of cabbage Chinese
4 leaves of spinach Chinese
20 florets cooked
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon sugar
Sweet soy sauce
Nuoc mam sauce
2 heads of garlic
1 lemon green
Sesame oil
Vegetable oil

Preparation: 45 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Total time: 70 minutes
Difficulty: Easy


How to make "Thai Fried Noodle":
  1. Bell pepper Remove seeds, peel carrots and cut into fine julienne . 
  2. Wash the spinach leaves, cut into strips. In a wok to brown the onions with a little vegetable oil, then add vegetables to pan the every few minutes. Book .
  3. Peel the prawns, slit the top and remove the black filament of the intestine. Heat wok , add the ketchup, sugar, chopped garlic, shrimp and drizzle of nuoc mam sauce and soy. Although Gently mix together and let simmer over medium heat a few minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 
  4. Cook the noodles al dente as indicated on the package. Meanwhile, wash cabbage leaves Chinese , remove the center ribs, roll the leaves and cut into small chunks. Set aside.
  5. Reheat vegetables, prawns and noodles in the wok . Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil and then add the lemon strips of cabbage. 
  6. Dresser all on Asian plates.
