Shrimp With Ginger and Lime

For 4 persons
Ingredients:
600g fresh shrimp medium
20g of fresh ginger (cut into thin sticks)
2 tablespoons of oil olive
4 tablespoons juice from lemon green
1 tablespoon soy sauce
fresh chopped cilantro
freshly grounded pepper

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Rest: 120 min
Total time: 133 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

Step by step to make "Shrimp With Ginger and Lime":
  1. Wash the shrimp and dry it. 
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. 
  3. Add ginger and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix gently and soak the shrimp to in the mixture. 
  4. Wait 2 hours and then drain the shrimp. 
  5. Saute shrimp in skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. 
  6. Add the pepper and marinade and remaining lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds. 
  7. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro just before serving.
