Ingredients:
600g fresh shrimp medium
20g of fresh ginger (cut into thin sticks)
2 tablespoons of oil olive
4 tablespoons juice from lemon green
1 tablespoon soy sauce
fresh chopped cilantro
freshly grounded pepper

Step by step to make "Shrimp With Ginger and Lime":
- Wash the shrimp and dry it.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.
- Add ginger and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix gently and soak the shrimp to in the mixture.
- Wait 2 hours and then drain the shrimp.
- Saute shrimp in skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the pepper and marinade and remaining lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro just before serving.
