1 tablespoon nuoc mam

How to make "Thai Fish Cakes":
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Put 2 tablespoons oil to be heated to make blondir onion and garlic. Taper green beans, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Grate half the zest of lime.
