Thai Fish Cakes


For 4 persons
Ingredients:
400 g fillet of white fish
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 handful of green beans
1 lemon green
1 egg
10 ounces of peanut oil
1 tablespoon sugar red
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon green curry paste
1 tablespoon nuoc mam
salt , pepper

Preparation: 30 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

How to make "Thai Fish Cakes":
  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Put 2 tablespoons oil to be heated to make blondir onion and garlic. Taper green beans, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Grate half the zest of lime. 
  2. Cut fish fillets into cubes, mix them to a fine paste. Put the dough in a bowl, add the chopped onion and garlic, small pieces of green harciots, nuoc mam, sugar powder, curry paste, the zest of lime and whole egg . Mix vigorously with a fork. 
  3. Flour on your fingertips and divide into 8 balls préparartion same size. Flatten to shape of small discs.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan. When hot, put the patties fry 3 or 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Salt and pepper and serve very hot.
