Yellow Curry Shrimp


For 4 persons
Ingredients:
500 g shrimp wild raw, shelled and deveined (ie without hose)
2 tablespoons yellow curry paste
400 ml of milk coconut
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon sugar grated palm (in the absence of sugar red)
1 tablespoon juice of lemon green
1 tablespoon fish sauce (nuoc mam)
1 stalk of onion minced green
cilantro and / or Thai basil chopped

How to make "Yellow Curry Shrimp":
  1. Put the oil and curry paste in a skillet or a wok and heat until the mixture smells. Gradually add the coconut milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes 
  2. Add shrimp, lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce and green onion and cook over low heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. Do not add salt: in principle the curry and fish sauce to bring enough.
  3. Pour the curry into a serving dish and sprinkle with cilantro and / or chopped basil. Serve with fragrant rice steamed.
