Crispy Crab Rice


For 4 persons
Ingredients:
100 g meat crab canned
1/2 cucumber
4 small onions, new
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
120 g of rice flavored
1 egg
2 teaspoons of sugar powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons peanut oil
1 pinch of chilli powder
salt , pepper

Preparation: 15 minutes

How to make "Crispy Crab Rice":
  1. Wash the rice under running cold water. Put to cook in a saucepan, covering it well with cold water. Once cooked, drain and let cool. 
  2. Peel the 1/2 cucumber. Cut it into small cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour into a bowl. Add the diced cucumber, a teaspoon of powdered sugar, pepper, a little salt and pepper. Cool and refrigerate. 
  3. Drain crab and flake it with your fingertips. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. break the egg into a bowl and beat it into an omelette with garlic, a teaspoon of sugar, soy sauce and pepper. 
  4. Clean the spring onions and finely chop the bulbs and green stems. 
  5. Heat oil in a wok , add the rice and omelette. Cook, stirring constantly until rice is golden. 
  6. Pour the rice into a serving dish, scatter over crab meat, sprinkle with scallions and serve immediately with cucumber sauce.
