How to make "Yellow Curry Shrimp":
- Put the oil and curry paste in a skillet or a wok and heat until the mixture smells. Gradually add the coconut milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Add shrimp, lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce and green onion and cook over low heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. Do not add salt: in principle the curry and fish sauce to bring enough.
- Pour the curry into a serving dish and sprinkle with cilantro and / or chopped basil. Serve with fragrant rice steamed.
