Ingredients:
250 g of Thai noodles (you can buy this in an Asian food shop)
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
Thirty shrimp cooked peeled
20 cl soybean oil
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt , pepper, paprika, curry, ginger (a teaspoon of each)
Twenty chives

How to make "Thai Noodle":
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in water heated to boiling. Then set it aside.
- Meanwhile, fry in a skillet or wok , thinly sliced onions and sliced peppers. Then add the noodles, diced tomatoes, soybean oil, sugar, salt, spices, chives and shrimp and cook for 5/10 minutes over low heat.
- Serve hot.
