500 g of Thai rice cooked
200 g of shrimp
1/2 bell pepper red
1 cm ginger , peeled and finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
150 g of pineapple in syrup
30 g of peas
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Espelette pepper
sunflower oil

How to make "Pineapple Fried Rice":
- Fry the garlic in sunflower oil until browned. Preferably, do this preparation in a wok or skillet default. Fry quickly pepper, shrimp, peas and ginger.
- After 3 to 4 minutes, add the rice and pineapple. Finish with a little Espelette pepper.
- Fry 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with some fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
